First Time IRP
1. Copy of your CDL or copy of driver CDL if applicant does not have a valid CDL and a copy of your driver’s license
2. Copy of the Articles of Incorporation for your company
3. Social Security Number and/or Employee Identification Number
4. Proof of ownership: Title, ST-556 Form, Bill of Sale or invoice (issued by a licensed dealer)
5. Prospective employer (if any: name, address, phone number, Safety Carrier DOT #, Safety Carrier TIN # (EIN#),
6. Proof of address with any four of the below documents (no older than 60 days):
Phone bill (mandatory), Electric bill, Gas bill, Water bill, Cable bill, Internet bill, Lease agreement, Mortgage statement; Real estate tax bill, Insurance for car or truck (must be a certificate, declaration page or a bill),
Adding Units
1. Copy of your current IRP registration (for any truck you have registered),
2. Proof of ownership: Title, ST-556 Form, Bill of Sale or Invoice (issued by a licensed dealer),
3. Heavy Highway Use Tax (HUT 2290) Form if vehicle was purchased more than 60 days ago,
4. Unit # of the new truck (a random number you pick),
5. Safety Carrier DOT # and Safety Carrier TIN # (EIN#).
Transfers Unit
1. Copy of the registration you are transferring from,
2. Proof of ownership: Title, ST-556 Form, Bill of Sale or invoice (issued by a licensed dealer),
3. Heavy Highway Use Tax (HUT 2290) Form if vehicle was purchased more than 60 days ago,
4. Unit # of the new truck (a random number you pick)
5. Safety Carrier DOT # and Safety Carrier TIN# (EIN#)
Safety change
1. Copy of your current registration or Secretary of State renewal of registration letter,
2. New Safety Carrier DOT # and Safety Carrier TIN# (EIN#)
3. Copy new Lease Agreement.
Renewal
1. Copy of your current registration or Secretary of State renewal of registration letter,
2. Safety Carrier DOT # and Safety Carrier TIN # (EIN#),
3. Total miles in every state you traveled for the 4 quarter period required by the state,
4. Heavy Highway Use Tax (HUT 2290) Form for all vehicles that you are renewing (with IRS stamp or e-file logo clearly visible),
5. Safety Carrier DOT # and Safety Carrier TIN# (EIN#)
6. Updates to address (If any changes).

The (IRP) International Registration Plan is a registration reciprocity agreement among states of the United States and provinces of Canada providing for payment of license plate fees on the basis of total distance operated in all jurisdictions.
Apportionment is required for vehicles operating in two or more International Registration Plan (IRP) member jurisdictions that have a combined gross weight of more than 26,000 pounds, including the weight of the vehicle and the trailer with the maximum load, or is a power unit having three or more axles, regardless of weight. Commercial vehicles weighing less than 26,000 pounds operating intrastate in two or more jurisdictions must apportion.

to get the Power Plates and the service fee will be $120.00 (some additional charges will be apply).
1. Original title (signed by seller and buyer and date),
2. Name for title to live under,
3. Bill of Sale or Invoice (if issued by a licensed dealer),
4. Address (if different from Bill of Sale or Invoice),
5. Company name and address that the vehicle will be leased to (if applicable) and DOT # of the company the vehicle will drive under,
6. If the Title be transfer:
- new name for title to live under,
- and everything from point 1 to 5.
7. If the Title be Lost / Corrected Title
- Copy of the original title
- and everything from point 1 to 5

1. Copy of your previous HUT 2290 (if you have),
2. Your Name and Employer Identification Number (EIN).
(You must have an EIN to file Form 2290; you can't use your SS#),
3. Address,
4. The vehicle identification number (VIN) of each vehicle,
5. The taxable gross weight of each vehicle to determine its category.
